When I went to check in the computer system was down but, that's nothing they could control. They were very apologetic. I asked about restaurants close by and the manager, Gwendolyn was very gracious and gave me a list of places to get food, practically within walking distance. I could tell it was very stressful for her to not be able to immediately be able to help the folks with reservations. They were finally able to get us all checked in etc. Before going to sleep I asked her for an extra blanket, because I chose to keep the air turned down so cool in the room and she went personally down to the laundry to retrieve an extra blanket. Nice, facility and breakfast was good and I think for the price and location you can't go wrong. Gwendolyn was a great lady to deal with, definitely a keeper! Brenda

Maintenance is random, for example you can get fresh towels in two consecutive days or after 3 days, so you need to ask for anything you need and it will be provided eventually. Do not expect any room cleaning other than towels changing and empty the trash . Breakfast is simple, almost nothing salty. Staff is polite and friendly, but not much helpful. All in all you get what you paid, since it is quite cheaper than other similar hotels.

After a 4-hour road trip from South Carolina, arriving to a friendly face at the front desk and a clean and comfortable bed was such a relief. Breakfast was great—it started at 6 a.m., so I had time to eat before heading out to get in line for my paperwork. The best part was the 11 a.m. check-out, which gave me plenty of time to pack without feeling rushed. Overall, a great stay! I would stay here again if needed.
